Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Commitment & Satisfaction Guarantee At AURA MK Productions, we strive for creative excellence. Because our services involve significant labor, research, and customized production, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation standards:

Project Cancellations: Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, if a cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client is responsible for a "Kill Fee" equivalent to 50% of the total project cost or payment for all hours worked up to the cancellation date, whichever is greater.

Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of payment and before any creative work or strategy sessions have begun. Once the design or production phase is underway, payments are non-refundable.

Revision Policy: To ensure your total satisfaction, each project includes up to three (3) rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Major changes to the original scope of work or requests for additional concepts after the final delivery will be billed at our standard hourly creative rate.

Project Dormancy: If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 consecutive days due to lack of communication or materials, the project will be considered "dormant," and a restart fee may apply to resume work.
