1. Terms of Service 

AURA MK Productions: Master Service Agreement By accessing our website and engaging our professional marketing, design, or production services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

  • Scope of Services: AURA MK Productions provides custom digital marketing, creative design, and multimedia production. Each project will be governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All creative concepts, drafts, and final designs developed by AURA remain the sole property of the agency until the final balance is paid in full. Upon project completion and full payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual license is granted to the client for the use of the assets for their intended business purposes.

  • Client Responsibilities: To maintain our high standards of delivery, clients are responsible for providing all necessary branding assets (logos, high-res images, brand guidelines) and feedback within 48 business hours of a request. Delays in client feedback may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

  • Confidentiality: We value your business strategy. Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and campaign data strictly confidential during and after the term of the agreement.
