# Digital Delivery & Service Policy

## Our Commitment to Timely Excellence

At AURA MK Productions (a division of MORALES ORTIZ AXEL DONOVAN Technology LLC), we are committed to delivering high-impact creative assets with precision and punctuality. To ensure a seamless partnership, our delivery process is governed by the following standards:

### I. Delivery Timelines & Turnaround

We value your time. Our standard production cycles are designed to ensure quality without compromising speed:

- **Brand Identity & Graphic Design:** Initial concepts are delivered within 3–5 business days after the initial consultation and receipt of all required materials.
- **Multimedia & Video Production:** Due to the complexity of high-end editing, motion graphics, and post-production, turnaround times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on the scope of the project.
- **Marketing Strategy Reports:** Data-driven audits, competitive analyses, and strategic roadmaps are provided within 5 business days of receiving all necessary business data and access credentials.
- **Social Media Campaigns:** Content calendars and creative assets for social media campaigns are delivered within 5–7 business days of strategy approval.

### II. Delivery Method & Formats

All final assets are delivered digitally via secure, high-speed transfer methods (such as Google Drive, WeTransfer, or a dedicated Client Portal). Physical delivery is not available.

- **Standard Visual Formats:** Assets are provided in high-resolution (300 DPI) formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, and Vector (AI/EPS) where applicable.
- **Video Formats:** Final renders are delivered in 4K or 1080p MP4/MOV formats, optimized for web and social media platforms.
- **Marketing Documents:** Strategy reports, brand guides, and marketing collateral are delivered in PDF format with editable source files available upon request.

### III. Rush Delivery

We offer "Rush Delivery" services for time-sensitive projects. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee of 25–50% of the standard project rate, depending on the turnaround required. Availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by your project manager before commitment.

### IV. Project Communication & Support

### V. Acceptance of Deliverables

Upon delivery, the Client has 48 business hours to review the assets and request adjustments under our Revision Policy (see Refund & Cancellation Policy, Section 3). If no feedback is received within this window, the project will be marked as successfully completed and closed. Any subsequent modifications will be treated as a new project scope and billed accordingly.
