# Refund & Cancellation Policy

## Service Commitment & Satisfaction Guarantee

At AURA MK Productions (a division of MORALES ORTIZ AXEL DONOVAN Technology LLC), we strive for creative excellence. Because our marketing services involve significant labor, research, and customized production, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation standards:

### 1. Project Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, if a cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client is responsible for a "Kill Fee" equivalent to 50% of the total project cost or payment for all hours worked up to the cancellation date, whichever is greater. The Kill Fee covers pre-production research, creative development, and any resources allocated to the project.

### 2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of payment and before any creative work, strategy sessions, or consultations have begun. Once the design, production, or marketing strategy phase is underway, payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AURA MK Productions management.

### 3. Revision Policy

To ensure your total satisfaction, each project includes up to three (3) rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Minor revisions include color adjustments, text edits, layout tweaks, and similar modifications that do not alter the original creative direction. Major changes to the original scope of work, changes in creative direction, or requests for additional concepts after the final delivery will be billed at our standard hourly creative rate, which will be communicated in advance.

### 4. Project Dormancy

If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 consecutive days due to lack of communication, failure to provide required materials, or absence of feedback, the project will be considered "dormant." A restart fee of up to 25% of the remaining project balance may apply to resume work. The client will be notified via email before a project is classified as dormant.

### 5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this refund and cancellation policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action. All claims must be submitted in writing to info@auramkproductions.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
